Terms of Service

Truck Stop n Go connects commercial drivers and fleets with independent parking lot operators. We facilitate reservations and payment; the lot operator provides the physical parking space and is responsible for the condition and operation of its property.

A reservation is confirmed only when payment is authorized. Rates, taxes, and fees are shown before you pay. You must book with accurate vehicle length and plate information; inaccurate details may result in refusal at the gate without refund.

Cancel free up to 4 hours before your arrival window. Within 4 hours, 50% is returned as account credit. No-shows are charged the full first night. Overstays beyond your booked window are billed hourly and may be towed at the operator's discretion.

Follow all posted lot rules, speed limits, and attendant instructions. Idling limits, maintenance work, and hazardous materials restrictions vary by lot and are stated on each lot page. Operators may remove any vehicle that creates a safety hazard.

Parking is at your own risk. Neither Truck Stop n Go nor the operator is liable for theft of or damage to vehicles, cargo, or personal property except where caused by that party's gross negligence or willful misconduct, and subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, repeated no-shows, abusive conduct toward operators or staff, or violation of these terms.
