Verified operators
Every lot is inspected before listing: surface condition, turning radius, lighting levels, and posted emergency contacts.
Camera coverage
Security-tier lots carry recorded camera coverage of entry, exit, and parking rows with a minimum 14-day retention.
Gated access
Access-controlled lots require a scan-in credential tied to your reservation and tractor plate. No credential, no gate.
24/7 response
Report an incident from the app and reach a live safety coordinator. Incident reports are logged and shared with the operator.
Security tiers explained
Standard — lit surface lot, posted rules, on-call contact.
Secure — perimeter fencing plus recorded camera coverage.
High security — gated access control, camera coverage, and on-site attendant during overnight hours.
If something happens
Report it immediately from your reservation, or call the lot's emergency contact listed on its page. We log the incident, notify the operator, and follow up within 24 hours. Lots with repeat unresolved incidents are suspended from the marketplace.
