Cancellation & refunds
Plans change on the road. Here is exactly what happens when they do.
Free cancellation window
Cancel more than 24 hours before your arrival time for a full refund of the parking rate and taxes. The cancellation window for each lot is shown on the lot page and in your confirmation.
Late cancellations
Cancel within 24 hours of arrival and the first night is charged; any remaining nights are refunded in full. Cancel after your arrival window opens and the first night is non-refundable.
No-shows
If you never check in and do not cancel, the reservation is marked a no-show and the first night is charged. Remaining nights are released and refunded.
Early departure
Check out early from a multi-night stay and unused whole nights are refunded automatically when the operator confirms the check-out.
If the lot cannot honor your space
You receive a 100% refund plus assistance rebooking a nearby lot. If the replacement costs more, we cover the difference for the affected night.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most cards post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
