Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, phone), vehicle details (plate, length, type), reservation and check-in history, payment records processed by our payment provider, and approximate location when you search for parking.

To find lots near you, confirm reservations, verify your rig at the gate, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and no-show abuse, and provide support during an active stay.

Lot operators see the details needed to admit you: name, booking number, plate, rig length, and stay window. Fleet administrators see stays booked under their fleet account. We never sell personal data.

Card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We store only the last four digits and card brand for receipts.

Reservation and payment records are retained as required for tax and dispute purposes. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at privacy@tsgparking.com. Deleting your account removes your profile and saved vehicles.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and sensitive actions are logged. Report a suspected vulnerability to security@tsgparking.com.
